By submitting any item for evaluation, grading, certification, or by using any service offered by TGS, the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services. TGS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the version published on our website shall be considered the current and applicable version.
TGS provides professional evaluation, grading, and certification services for collectible trading cards, including but not limited to Pokémon cards, Digimon cards, sports cards, Trading Card Game (TCG) cards, and other collectible items. Our grading scale ranges from 1 to 10 and follows internationally recognized standards within the collectibles industry.
The Customer is responsible for securely shipping the item to our facilities in Dublin, Ireland. TGS strongly recommends using insured and trackable shipping services. Once the item is received, our certified grading team will conduct a detailed analysis including:
⚠ Important Notice: The Customer assumes all risks associated with shipping items to and from TGS facilities. TGS strongly recommends the use of fully insured and trackable shipping services. TGS shall not be held liable for loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage occurring during transit to or from our facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Customers are solely responsible for arranging adequate shipping insurance coverage for the declared value of their items.
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on submission volume and demand. TGS is committed to completing all orders within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. In the event of significant delays, TGS will proactively notify the Customer.
Service prices are published on our website and displayed in Euros (€) or the applicable local currency depending on the region. TGS reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, services already paid for will remain subject to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other payment methods indicated on our website.
TGS evaluates and certifies the physical condition of submitted items based on professional grading standards and expert opinion. Grading results are subjective evaluations and do not constitute a guarantee of authenticity, future market value, investment performance, or resale price. TGS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of TGS shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific grading service provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided by TGS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
